Bloodsuckers Episode 25: Because We Feel Like It

Download episode here.

In the 25th episode, we discuss some listener emails and recent Twilight news, including Dakota Fanning’s official casting as Jane for the new movie. We also discuss some books to read if you’ve already read the Twilight series 9,438,557 times and are looking for something new to read. Christina shares Bella’s Cheesy Vampire Joke of the Week, and Edward’s Nauseatingly Adorable Quote of the Week is swooned over. We predict what scenes will probably be awesome in “New Moon”, and discuss the Song of the Week, which is “1,2,3,4” by Plain White T’s. What was up with Gayle's voice? It was all echo-ey if that is a word.

I would like to suggest Jennifer Rardin's Jaz Parks series. I found it filled my Twilight void a bit. The books are still being written in the series. The series has a nice love story in it.

Another good series is "Good Ghouls Guide to Getting Even." It's another vampire series and I babysit for the author, Julie Kenner. It's not as long as Twilight, but I think it is amazing.
